What is The Role

Elastic, the Search AI company, is looking for a high-energy contract Sourcer / Researcher to help finding the best quality people for Elastic. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in an international setting. Focus for this role is mainly on Go to Market Positions like Account Executives, Solution Architects (pre-sales) but not limited to that. You will also act as a sourcer for different roles like Partner Manger and services roles. You will be responsible for establishing a scalable, repeatable search motion and unlocking growth in one of Elastic’s most promising segments

What You Will Be Doing

  • Supporting Elastic's Field opps organisation, helping us find and hire top-notch talent.
  • Develop, implement and execute recruiting and sourcing strategies to ensure a robust pipeline of world-class engineers.
  • Source, interview and qualify candidates for commercial and cultural fit.
  • Build solid relationships with recruitment, Hiring Managers and other teams
  • Track and understand meaningful metrics for your activity and pipeline, and actively share your progress with peers and hiring teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Elastic’s business and technical developments.
  • Be an Elastic brand ambassador throughout the recruiting process.

What You Bring

  • A good couple of years of Sourcing experience within the IT Sector and a focus on quota carying roles
  • Technical curiousity although you will not source for technical roles
  • Excellent English and outstanding interpersonal skills;
  • Passionate about data, able to craft insightful reports;
  • International flair: we are a globally distributed company and you’ll be working with an international group of colleagues and candidates.
  • Curiosity is key to working successfully with our engineering teams; you will continuously learn more about their work and the products they build.
  • A sense of responsibility and ownership and ability to reliably partner with your teams.
