PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Recruiting Programs Specialist is responsible for executing full-cycle recruiting efforts for assigned business units while building strong relationships with hiring managers. This role plays a key part in ensuring positions are filled efficiently by driving hiring manager engagement, improving responsiveness throughout the hiring process, and supporting a positive candidate experience. Please note that this is an onsite/hybrid position in Park City, UT.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Business Unit Recruiting & Hiring Manager Partnership 

  • Serve as the primary recruiting partner for assigned business units, building strong relationships with hiring managers and acting as their main point of contact throughout the hiring process 

  • Own full-cycle recruiting efforts including job requisition creation, candidate screening, and offer coordination 

  • Drive hiring manager engagement and accountability by maintaining consistent communication, reinforcing timelines, and proactively addressing delays in the hiring process 

  • Coach and support hiring managers on best practices, interview process, and effective use of recruiting systems 

Candidate Experience & Process Execution 

  • Manage candidate flow and ensure timely movement through early stages of the hiring process, including application review, initial outreach, and screening 

  • Partner with hiring managers to maintain consistent follow-up and scheduling, stepping in to support candidate communication when delays occur 

  • Assist with high-volume recruiting efforts during peak seasons, ensuring a positive and responsive candidate experience 

Recruiting Systems & Process Support 

  • Maintain and organize recruiting systems, job templates, and communication tools within the applicant tracking system 

  • Support hiring managers in effectively using recruiting systems by providing training, resources, and ongoing guidance 

  • Monitor recruiting activity and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and system adoption 

Recruiting Programs & Events (Support Role) 

  • Assist in the planning and execution of recruiting events such as job fairs, local outreach efforts, and partnership initiatives as needed 

  • Contribute ideas for recruitment marketing efforts and collaborate with leadership on campaigns and outreach strategies 

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience  

  • Experience hiring in a seasonal, hospitality, or high-volume environment preferred 

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday or similar) and Office 365 required 

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines 

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of personalities 

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions 

  • Ability to balance a high level of organization with a personable, service-oriented approach 

  • Experience training or supporting others in systems and processes preferred 

  • Must be available for occasional overnight travel as recruiting needs dictate 

 

PAY RATE: 

  • Pay: $60,000 – 65,000 annually, based on experience
