How You'll Make an Impact

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across teams and time zones.
• Manage candidate communication and maintain complete, accurate records in the ATS.
• Support hiring managers and recruiters with scheduling, onboarding documents, and background check results.
• Support with new hire onboarding (documentation, day one setup, induction, and asset handover).
• Maintain HR reports, dashboards, employee data, and compliance-related documentation.
• Support basic office operations, including vendor coordination, supplies, and joining kits.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and maintain a positive office environment.

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or office administration.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems; hands-on with tools like Greenhouse, Lever etc.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to maintain discretion and handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
• Learning mindset, collaborative attitude, and ability to work independently.
