Job Summary:
The Recruiting Coordinator supports Clear Channel Outdoor’s recruitment activities for hiring managers and candidates by guiding them through the recruitment process and providing the highest quality customer service.
Job Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities including pre-screen, phone screen, and scheduling interviews
- Perform administrative functions related to the recruitment process
- Follow-up with applicants via email, phone or text
- Update recruitment documents i.e. job descriptions, intake call scripts and interview guides
- Create job offer documents
- Post jobs on external websites
- Investigate and follow-up on candidate and hiring manager inquiries
- Track information related to the recruitment process to measure performance
- Ensure all appropriate internal documentation is completed for internal team members
- Review external recruitment vendor invoicing for discrepancies prior to processing
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, or military experience.
Work Experience
- 2+ years’ experience in recruiting, HR or customer service. Ideally in the media/advertising environment.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking and Human Resources Information Systems.
Skills
- Demonstrated self-starter with a diligent work ethic and demonstrated flexibility.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
- Workday experience preferred.
