岗位职责：
1. 负责旗下所属艺人或组织的社交账号内容的本地化：包括但不限于B站、小红书、抖音、微博、微信公众号等新媒体平台的内容编辑和投稿，根据不同平台特性及艺人定位，优化内容与发布策略。参与投稿内容的沟通，包括与艺人团队的素材沟通以及与社媒平台的推广沟通。
2. 负责账号日常运营及用户互动管理，持续关注平台趋势与舆情变化，基于用户反馈与数据表现优化内容策略，提升粉丝活跃度与粘性。
3. 支持中日音乐内容相关的翻译与沟通工作（如资讯、采访、歌词等），协助跨团队合作，以及日常行政事务的支持。
4. 协助定期统计各平台音乐内容数据，包括阅读量、点赞量、转发量、涨粉量、播放量等，形成数据报表并进行分析，挖掘用户音乐喜好与内容传播规律。
5. 参与日本艺人音乐活动的宣传，如线下演出宣传、线上活动宣传，扩大艺人影响力。
岗位要求：
1. 日语能力达到N1及以上水平，具备优秀的日语听说读写能力，能够熟练翻译日本艺人资讯、音乐资讯、歌词、采访等内容。
2. 熟悉中国主流新媒体平台（B站、小红书、抖音、微博）的运营逻辑，对内容传播及用户偏好有基本理解。
3. 对日本音乐行业有基本了解，有娱乐、音乐行业经验或兴趣者优先；具备一定内容审美与判断能力，能够结合艺人特点与平台调性提出内容方向建议者优先。
4. 掌握图片处理或视频剪辑工具的基本功能，如PS、Canva、剪映、PR等。
5. 具备良好的沟通能力、理解能力、团队合作能力与责任心，能够同时与多方沟通、推进多个项目。
