ABOUT THE ROLE
The Regal team is seeking a Recruiting Associate to be the operational backbone of our recruiting and hiring team. This role is for someone who can independently source candidates, manage recruiting logistics for both video and onsite interviews, proactively improve processes, run our day-to-day systems & workflows, and help implement and manage cutting-edge tools to keep up with the team's fast-paced environment.
