What you will be doing:
Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering
Building and maintain candidate pipelines for French-speaking roles
Conducting phone interviews and assess candidate fit
Coordinating interviews, assessments, and language testing
Maintaining accurate candidate records in Workday
Providing timely and professional communication to all candidates
Collaborating with hiring managers and HR to align on hiring needs
Representing Capita at job fairs and networking events
What you need to succeed:
Fluency in French (C1) and English (B2+). Knowledge of Italian would be a plus.
Preferably previous experience in recruitment, customer service, sales in a multilingual environment
Experience with volume hiring and language-based recruitment - good to have but not mandatory
Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g. Workday) - good to have but not mandatory
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities
Proactive, organised, and solution-oriented mindset
