Job Description

岗位职责:
1.负责公司人力资源事务性工作;
2.为现场经理和员工提供人力资源运营服务;
3.协助开展员工培训、体检和员工关系管理;
4.维护和更新员工档案,确保人事信息准确完整;
5.配合完成上级分配的其他任务。

Qualifications

1.本科及以上学历,人力资源等相关专业;
2.3年以上人力资源服务工作经验,有制造业工厂工作经验者优先考虑;
3.具有较强的逻辑思考能力和学习能力,良好的沟通能力和执行力;
4.熟练使用办公软件,具备数据整理和处理的能力;
5.英语读写熟练,口语流利者优先考虑。
