About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team on a short-term contract. This role will support our hiring managers in identifying, assessing, and selecting top talent across the Philippines.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, talent requirements, and hiring goals.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Create clear, concise, and engaging job ads based on role requirements.
Build market intelligence and competitor mapping to strengthen talent attraction strategies.
Leverage social media and professional networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, niche platforms) to source candidates.
Utilize Boolean searches and digital tools for efficient candidate sourcing.
Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
Ensure accurate candidate data management in the applicant tracking system.
Participate in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Handle ad hoc resourcing projects as needed.
WHAT YOU BRING:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, and selection
Strong experience sourcing for technology roles and other niche positions.
Proficiency in online sourcing, Boolean searches, and recruitment tools.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Tech-savvy and metrics-driven approach to recruitment.
