Title: Recruiter, Experienced Banker Team

Core Competencies:
The Recruiter provides research, sourcing and search execution for experienced investment banker recruiting efforts, ranging from Analyst to Vice President roles across the firm’s global footprint. This position regularly interfaces with candidates and new employees and acts as an ambassador of the firm. This position will report to the Head of Experienced Banker Recruiting and is expected to be an in-office role, based in the Richmond, VA headquarters.
Core Responsibilities:
- Partners with Head of Recruiting and Head of Experienced Banker Recruiting to create and maintain recruiting strategies to funnel highly qualified candidates to the HW platform
- Owns and drives recruiting searches across all HW industry groups and US offices
- Partners with the European Recruiter to manage strategy and execution of international searches, as needed
- Creates and maintains a pool of candidates through online sourcing and networking, which includes finding sources, managing external recruiter relationships and maintaining on-going communications with candidates
- Interviews candidates with probing questions to ensure fit for the company and understand the candidate’s past experience & future expectations
- Partners with the Experienced Banker Team’s Recruiting Coordinator to schedule interviews with candidates
- Records candidate and requisition activity in the applicant tracking system, with extreme focus on data integrity
- Leads consensus forming discussions to determine which candidates merit an offer to join the firm
- Manages offer process in partnership with Head of Recruiting & Head of Experienced Banker Recruiting, including determining offer details, gaining approvals and all required documentation
- Develops confidence and trust with both internal and external clients to form lasting relationships
- Assist Campus & Business Operations Recruiting teams to execute events, as-needed

Job Specific Competencies, Education and Experience:
- BA/BS degree
- 2+ years of recruiting or recruiting research experience in a recruiting agency or corporate setting
- Experience developing and executing direct candidate sourcing methodologies
- Experience conducting competency / behavioral based interviews
- Proficient in Microsoft systems (XS, Office) applicant tracking system experience and LinkedIn Recruiter

Base Salary: $70,000 - $100,000
- Salaries may vary within the range based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
- Role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
- Application Window: Generally, this opening is expected to be posted for 48 business hours from 2/25/2026 although longer with business discretion.
