Recruiter – Campus & Early Career Hiring

IMC is hiring a Recruiter to drive the campus and early-career recruitment for our Hong Kong office. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who wants to take ownership, build campus presence across APAC, and deliver high-impact hiring outcomes in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

 

Your Core Responsibilities: 

Campus Recruitment

• Maintain relationships with top universities to enhance the strong presence of IMC HK office
• Plan and execute campus events such as info sessions, tech talks, and competitions
• Own end-to-end recruitment for interns and graduates (quant research, trading, engineering)
• Partner with APAC and global campus recruiting teams to align local initiatives

Experienced Hiring

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for junior experienced hiring roles across business units
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver high-quality candidate pipelines

Strategic Support

• Support recruiting projects, market research, and urgent hiring needs as required

 

Your Skills and Experience: 

• 3-5 years’ experience in campus hiring, and/or experienced hiring in finance, technology industries
• Strong interest in campus and early-career recruitment in the APAC region
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin communications
• Experience in running campus events or early-career program
