The Records and Knowledge Manager will oversee the management, organization, and maintenance of official records and information assets in compliance with federal regulations, agency policies, and contract requirements. This role requires expertise in records lifecycle management, federal records management standards, and electronic records systems. The Records Manager will serve as the primary liaison between the organization, federal agency stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure accurate, secure, and compliant recordkeeping practices.

You Have:
3+ years of experience in records and information management
Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining electronic and paper records management policies, procedures, and schedules in compliance with the Federal Records Act, NARA guidelines, and agency-specific requirements
Experience with SharePoint
Ability to utilize knowledge management resources to foster a culture of knowledge sharing
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience training and supporting team members in federal records management policies, procedures, and best practices
Experience preparing compliance reports, audits, and records management documentation for agency oversight
Ability to effectively and efficiently prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Possession of excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Possession of strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
