What we are recruiting for:

We are currently recruiting for a People Operations Advisor with Oracle Fusion HCM experience to our expanding people and culture team.

Roles & responsibilities:

  • As a People Operations Advisor, your role plays a pivotal part in supporting the day to day People & Culture operations at Bovis by delivering high quality services to employees and managers. 
  • You will act as is a key point of contract for people related enquiries and will assist in implementing AI-driven People & Culture solutions, and help enhance the overall employee and manager experience.
  • Your role will combine traditional People & Culture service delivery with innovative technology, ensuring that our people receive efficient, timely, and accurate People & Culture support. 

Experience & background:

Skills

  • Strong customer service and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical skills to identify reoccurring issues/themes and escalate appropriately
  • Digital literacy and confidence in navigating HR systems

Knowledge

  • Good working knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (e.g. Core HR, Absence, Recruitment, OTL)
  • Understanding of standard People & Culture policies, processes, and employee lifecycle events (new hires, terminations, absence, transfers)
  • Knowledge of case management/helpdesk tools and HR shared services best practices
  • Awareness of data privacy and GDPR requirements when handling employee information

Experience

  • Previous experience in a HR Operations, People Services or HR Shared services role
  • Hands on experience supporting Oracle Fusion HCM users via helpdesk and ticketing system
  • Experience working in Construction Industry
  • Desirable Qualifications CIPD Level 3, NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or Customer Service
  • Microsoft Office Proficient
