Join the Record to Report (RTR) Specialist team within Dyson’s finance operations. As an RTR Analyst, you’ll manage comprehensive RTR activities in a dynamic, collaborative environment, supporting process and service excellence to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Manage and execute RTR processes, including bank statement processing, reconciliations, and month-end closing tasks.
Ø Process and reconcile intercompany transactions, including netting and balance confirmations.
Ø Oversee accounting related to inventory and fixed assets, from capitalization to disposal.
Ø Prepare and post journal entries, including mass reversals and corrections as needed.
Ø Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Ø Support regular and ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis.
Ø Assist with audit preparation and provide documentation for internal and external auditors.
Ø Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, both locally and internationally.
Ø Contribute to process improvements by conducting root cause analyses to eliminate waste and increase efficiency.
Ø Create and maintain Desktop Procedures (DTPs), process maps, and related process documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Ø 1-3 years of experience in Record to Report (RTR) or similar finance/accounting functions.
Ø Strong knowledge of intercompany accounting, bank reconciliation, and fixed asset processes.
Ø Hands-on experience with SAP (FI module), OneStream, and Blackline preferred.
Ø Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
Ø High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
Ø Experience in supporting internal and external audits.
Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ø Commitment to service excellence, process improvements, and automation.
