As a Receptionist you will perform clinical tasks such as:
You will greet patients and visitors warmly, in person and over the phone, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
You will schedule and confirm patient appointments, manage calendars, and collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient flow.
You will maintain accurate and confidential patient records using EMR and CRM systems.
You will update patient accounts and collect copays when needed.
You will handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide general information and empathy.
You will keep the reception area clean, stocked, and organized.
You will help with supply orders, inventory management, and courier coordination.
Required Qualifications
1+ year experience in healthcare customer service background in retail, hospitality, or call centers also considered
Convey information and maintain a positive tone during calls
Experience coordinating tasks, resources, and schedules to ensure efficient workflow
Experience using tools for reporting, data analysis, and workflow optimization
Experience improving patient care and experience
This is a patient-facing role and part of our Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. We require TB screening upon hire.

Value-based care model experience
Knowledge of Medical Terminology
