The Position

The position is for a fixed term contract period during maternity cover with potential extension.

We are looking for a colleague who will be the first point of contact for our visitors and ensures smooth operation of the reception desk and the central office.

The Opportunity

• End-to-end management of reception activities
• Act as the first point of contact for visitors and employees’ queries
• Incoming calls and their transfer
• Manage an electronic mailbox
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and couriers’ services
• Entry cards management
• Support Finance department - invoice registration and scanning, monthly closure of car log, contracting and data input
• Provision of orders for office supplies
• Provision of refreshment (kitchen, training, company events)
• Communication with building management
• Management of meeting rooms
• Coordinator for fire drills and safety and health environment initiatives
• Additional projects and duties as assigned and relevant to the role

Who You Are

• High school Degree
• Fluent Czech language and advanced level of English written and spoken
• Similar administrative work experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills to be able to connect with different stakeholders
• Representative manner
• Organizational skills
• Able to handle conflicting priorities
• Presentation skills
• Independence and responsibility
• Self-driven and work with sense of urgency
