Our depots and charging sites are critical for keeping cars on the road and directly impact the business's bottom line. Waymo's Real Estate Portfolio Manager is responsible for maintaining and optimizing Waymo’s leased and owned real estate portfolio through effective asset management, process improvement and strategic decision making. This role will manage all aspects of Waymo’s real estate portfolio, including lease compliance, portfolio optimization, asset management coordination, valuation and reporting and risk management.

The expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level.
