We are a consumer business operating online and in 46 retail stores and growing. We operate three manufacturing facilities that allow us to deliver a high-quality custom product at an affordable price with a quick turnaround. We exist, grow, and ultimately own the market by delighting customers who trust and value us.
The Role: Real Estate Manager
Your mission:
This role provides day-to-day support for Framebridge’s real estate function, working closely with internal stakeholders, external brokers, landlords, legal counsel, and finance. This role will manage the leasing pipeline, maintain critical documentation, support deal execution, and ensure accuracy across the real estate portfolio.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys bringing structure and clarity to complex processes, and wants exposure to national retail expansion.
Each Real Estate Manager will support a defined geographic region (East or West), coordinating regional activity, organizing deal flow, and assisting with site reviews, tours, and execution in close partnership with the VP of Real Estate.
Your Legacy: You will help build the operational infrastructure that allows Framebridge’s real estate function to scale with speed, structure, and discipline.
You will
Coordinate and Support Leasing & Deal Flow
Support the leasing process from market identification and site review through lease execution
Track active deals, LOIs, leases, amendments, and renewals across markets
Assist with preparation and coordination of LOIs, lease documents, and exhibits
Manage communication flow between brokers, landlords, legal counsel, and internal teams
Plan and coordinate market tours, prepare tour books, and organize post-tour summaries.
Create polished, executive-ready presentations for internal and leadership discussions
Manage Real Estate Portfolio & Documentation
Maintain accurate lease files, abstracts, and critical date tracking
Manage critical dates by supporting rent commencement, renewal, termination, and option tracking
Ensure executed documents are properly filed and accessible
Maintain and update real estate trackers, dashboards, and reports
Partner With Cross Functional Teams
Partner with Finance on rent schedules, invoices, and key lease terms
Coordinate with Legal on lease review workflows and execution processes
Support Operations and Construction teams with lease deliverables and timelines
Assist with internal reporting and ad-hoc requests related to the portfolio
Act as a central point of organization for the real estate team
Support ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and special projects as needed
Assist with broker coordination and information requests
Help ensure nothing falls through the cracks during active deal periods
Reports to: VP of Real Estate
Location: Flexible on location, strong preference for major east or west coast markets
Travel Requirements: Up to 25% of time
Compensation: Base Salary plus Framebridge benefits
Who you are:
3–5 years of experience in real estate, leasing support, lease administration, or a related field
Process-oriented and detail-driven, with exceptional organizational skills and consistent follow-through
Strong experience creating executive-facing presentations and summaries
Excellent organizational, synthesis, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
Proficiency in PowerPoint / Google Slides and Excel / Google Sheets; experience with lease tracking or portfolio systems preferred
Experience supporting retail or multi-location portfolios preferred
Salary Range: $95,000 - $115,000
