This role within our Irish Real Estate M&A and Capital Advisory team offers the chance to work across a wide variety of capital events including but not limited to investment sales, acquisitions, capital raising, financing processes and investment evaluations that shape the future of property investment and development. Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position
More than 3 years’ experience in the real estate sector ideally within real estate investment transactions (sales and acquisitions), corporate finance, family office investments, and/or a similar environment
Strong numerical, analytical, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to evaluate complex investment and funding opportunities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of producing clear, compelling business cases and client documentation
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to originate, manage, and execute multiple processes/projects simultaneously from start to finish
MSCSI, MRICS, PSRA or equivalent is highly desirable
What type of work will I be doing?
Managing and executing all forms of real estate investment transactions including but not limited to sales, acquisitions, capital raises, including both equity and debt transactions
Working closely with an accomplished team and assisting both in execution and origination of real estate investment transactions
Analysing and evaluating real estate investment and development funding opportunities to provide data-driven insights
Review of financing arrangements, business plans, projections, and financial statements
Preparing investment memorandums, option reports, and recommendations to support a mix of institutional, private equity and private clients
Building and maintaining strong relationships with investors, developers, and other key stakeholders
Sourcing new deals and contributing to strategic growth through the development of compelling business cases
Collaborating with colleagues across Ireland and Deloitte’s global network to maximise opportunities and deliver growth
