About The Role:
Arbor Homes is currently looking to hire a Real Estate Listing Transaction Coordinator. The right candidate’s primary responsibility will be to manage the MLS and Realtor strategy for our listings. This includes compiling and preparing all listing information including property descriptions and photography and pulling MLS reports and analyzing data in the MLS to help our sales team.

What Will You Be Doing?
Prepare and compile all listing information including property descriptions and photography.
Analyze current listings and ways to improve them to increase showings.
Identify Realtors for our sales team to contact.
Leverage Reverse Prospecting to enable our sales team to increase sales.
Prepare real estate forms and documents.
Complete a monthly market snapshot report.
Perform general administrative tasks such as responding to emails and managing correspondence, data entry, and record keeping.
Confirm propriety and appraisal inspections with construction and confirm home inspectors insurance certificate with HR.
Coordinate with the online sales team on showings, assisting at open houses, and obtaining feedback.
Adhere to critical deadlines when pending and closing listings.
What Will You Bring?
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent customer service skills to interact with leadership and community sales managers.
Office Skills with 5 years of experience minimum Work, Excel, and Outlook.
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
Prior experience in the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages preferred.
Ability to learn quickly and thoroughly with a high-level of attention to detail and recall.
Ability to recognize and adjust to change.
Ability to adjust to variety.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while handling challenges and interruptions, all while maintaining focus on big-picture thinking.
