Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners. We are in search of a hardworking, self-motivated, and experienced individual who is looking for a full-time, year round opportunity to join Renewal by Andersen; the number one window manufacturer in the country.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and managing all processes related to the service and warranty department
- Maintain strong communication with technicians and scheduling coordinators
- Manage customer satisfaction
- Other job duties as assigned by leadership
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on work experience in the window & door industry, or other closely related field
- Previous supervisory experience in a home improvement-oriented business is a plus!
- Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and Adobe Acrobat
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive starting salary of $60,000-$70,000

Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday
