The primary function of the Real Estate Development Coordinator is to support the Real Estate team and Real Estate portfolio strategies including facilitating Real Estate Committee meetings with the executive team. This position is a key team member of the Real Estate department acting as a liaison with internal departments such as Operations, Design, Construction and Legal as well as external partners such as brokers and landlords.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the Senior Director/Director, Leasing Manager, and Real Estate Representative in managing the full lifecycle of real estate deals from site selection through store opening within assigned geographic regions
Oversee and maintain the store lifecycle management system (Tango), including tracking critical dates, entering data, updating deal status, and ensuring timely follow-up on next steps
Coordinate and manage Real Estate Committee (REC) functions, including data entry of deal submissions and oversight of required system updates
Prepare and distribute REC meeting agendas, presentations, supporting reports, meeting notes, and documented decisions to stakeholders
Assist in the development of site recommendation presentations for new locations using geographic, demographic, and market analysis
Generate and manage weekly, monthly, and annual reporting related to key milestones, deal progress, and critical deadlines
Partner cross-functionally with Legal to ensure timely document collection, execution, and progression through the signature process
Collaborate with Construction and Store Planning teams to monitor project timelines, attend meetings on behalf of the team, communicate follow-ups, and complete general administrative and special project support as needed
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate's degree in real estate, business, finance, or related field
1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative duties, with exposure to commercial or retail real estate
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with executives, internal teams, and external partners via phone and email
Detail-oriented and analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data, solve problems independently, and contribute collaboratively as a proactive team member
Candidates in Eastern and Central time zones, preferred

The salary range for this opportunity is $50,000 - $65,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
