To strengthen our R&D structures, we are looking for a Process Engineer who will be responsible for machine transfers, commissioning activities, and the continuous development of existing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Machine Transfers & Commissioning:
Lead international transfers and commissioning of machines/lines.
Supervise installations, technical acceptance, and start-up compliance (safety/quality).
Support process stabilization and ramp-up post-commissioning.
Process Development & Optimization:
Optimize R&D processes using AI tools and Lean methodology.
Boost efficiency and quality through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Maintain technical documentation (PFMEA, Process Flow, Work Instructions).
Conduct technical trials and validation activities.
Your Profile:
Degree: Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related field.
Experience: Machine transfers, industrialization, or process development.
Skills: Technical drawing interpretation and hands-on problem-solving.
Language: Good English (daily international cooperation).
Mobility: Readiness for occasional travel.
Nice to Have:
Experience in Automotive or R&D/prototype environments.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and PLC systems.
Familiarity with AI/Data tools (Python, Power BI, ML basics)
