How you’ll make an impact
1. You will support in HV circuit breaker and operating mechanism development, enhancement, upgrade and cost optimization.
2. You will support in Kinematic chain design, analysis, mechanical calculation or simulation, tolerance chain calculation.
3. You will create 3D models and 2D drawings proficiently for HV CB and operating mechanism development also work on the pressurized vessel simulation and design, work on gas tightness and sealing design.
4. You will do dielectric design and optimization also development test and type test of HV circuit breaker development.
5. You will conduct design review, including DFMEA/DFM/DFA.
6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. You hold a Master's degree or above in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or other related majors.
2. Required with 5years and above R&D Experience and includes 2 years of Circuit breaker development experience in key role .
3. Familiar with surface treatment on different materials (aluminum, steel, copper etc.) and composite material; Basic knowledge of casting, welding, machining is requested.
4. Solid knowledge on HV CB theory and development, deep understanding of the correlation between mechanical, insulation, switching, heat transfer performance, etc.
5. Basic simulation competence (mechanical, dielectric, etc) and self-motivated, innovative, structured and systematic thinking, good communication skills and team spirit.
6. Strong result-driven, high quality and high-speed execution and show leadership.
7. Good oral, writing, listening English preferred.
