RayzeBio is a dynamic biotechnology company headquartered in San Diego, CA. We are seeking a Radiopharmaceutical Medical Science Liaison (RPT-MSL) for RayzeBio to be trusted agile partner to the Thought Leader community. The role will engage in authentic, peer-to-peer scientific dialogue with leading RPT Thought Leaders and HCPs to strengthen RayzeBio’s scientific leadership, accelerate patient impact and shape the future of care. Your insights will inform clinical strategy, evidence generation and launch, ensuring that our innovative medicines reach patients in need. Key Responsibilities
Build Scientific Partnerships: Facilitates scientific interactions and partnerships with Thought Leaders and HCPs including the multidisciplinary nuclear medicine team at top RPT institutions
Liaise with institutions to understand clinical and RPT-unique levers and barriers to patient access in the context of clinical trials
Lead high-impact scientific discussions and presentations that challenge conventional thinking and advance the standard of care. Educate on real-world evidence and clinical trial read-outs to key opinion leaders.
Support clinical development: identify and recommend sites for trials, engage with investigators and site staff to educate on the trial and asset and identify barriers to enrollment. Deliver solutions that address the barriers and support enrollment.
Gather Early, Actionable Insights: Conduct insight‐gathering sessions to uncover emerging clinical or diagnostic/imaging needs, treatment paradigms and barriers to optimal patient care. Translate frontline feedback into strategic recommendations
Deliver Business-Critical Recommendations: Provide strategic input on trial designs and launch/brand /medical plan and materials. Advise or support payer discussions from a medical perspective.
Real-Time Insight Synthesis: Rapidly onboard and distill external feedback to inform cross-functional teams (R&D, Medical, Commercial) on clinical strategy and lifecycle planning.
Asset Advisory & Launch: Act as a scientific partner to medical and commercial/sales colleagues, guiding medical education and external engagement.
Therapeutic Area Enablement: Educate internal stakeholders on evolving trends, real-world data and competitive landscape.
Qualifications & Experience
MD, PhD, PharmD (or equivalent) and/or closely related RPT specialty such as nuclear medicine technologist
7-10+ years of relevant experience in oncology and/or RPT with a minimum of 3 years of field experience with an RPT or solid tumor product
Proven track record of external engagement with national and global Thought Leaders.
Scientific agility: ability to engage in a peer-to-peer dialog about data in a fair and balanced way. Expert knowledge of clinical practice and evolving healthcare delivery models. Understands treatment paradigms and can frame information in a convincing way that resonates with physicians
Customer/Commercial Mindset: results-oriented, positive, resilient attitude, able to quickly adapt in an ever-changing environment. Demonstrated ability to drive organizational performance. Experience identifying, engaging, and cultivating relationships with TLs and partnering with commercial/sales team.
Teamwork/Enterprise Mindset: Ability to work independently and act as a team player by developing strong rapport and working relationships with external and internal stakeholders. Be a representative of RayzeBio in all interactions with external stakeholders. Holds a high level of integrity and good judgment, in order to navigate the requirements of the role effectively and compliantly in accordance with RayzeBio’s policies and procedures.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate scientific and clinical data in an easy-to-understand manner to help HCPs best serve their patients
Has a strong learning mindset and passion for science. Prioritizes staying current with the latest data
Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.

Compensation Overview:
The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.

Paid Time Off
US Exempt Employees: flexible time off (unlimited, with manager approval, 11 paid national holidays (not applicable to employees in Phoenix, AZ, Puerto Rico or Rayzebio employees)
Phoenix, AZ, Puerto Rico and Rayzebio Exempt, Non-Exempt, Hourly Employees: 160 hours annual paid vacation for new hires with manager approval, 11 national holidays, and 3 optional holidays
