Radiography Assistant (Maternity Cover)
Tees Valley Hospital, Middlesbrough
Part-time, 24 hours per week
The role:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a part time Radiology Department Assistant to join the imaging team at Tees Valley Hospital, primarily supporting ultrasound clinics. This is a fixed term contract (maternity cover).
The department covers plain film, theatres and Ultrasound. You will be supported by one of the UK’s largest private health care groups who will ensure your continuous development and sponsor additional post-graduate and other learning courses.

Where you'll be based:
Tees Valley Hospital is in the grounds of Acklam Hall in Middlesbrough and opened in February 2018. The hospital delivers a range of specialties including orthopaedics, general surgery, plastic surgery, urology, gynaecology, dermatology, oral, ENT, endoscopy, to both private and NHS patients.
What you’ll bring with you:
Sound written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
Passion to deliver high quality diagnostic services
A flexible and positive can do attitude
Previous experience within a Radiology Department or other healthcare environments.
