Job Description Summary:
Preparation of Cost Estimation for budget and Tender Document (BoQ, RAP, Evaluation) for Infrastructure Project in Palm Oil Industry (Housing, Bridge, Warehouse, etc).
Job description:
Performing BoQ quantity calculations and cost estimation based on conceptual and detailed technical documents.
Supporting the tender process, including conducting commercial evaluations and commercial clarification with participating contractors.
Monitoring and justifying contract variations throughout the project, providing support if additional cost claims arise from the contractor.
Coordinating with third-party contractors/suppliers to ensure all equipment and building specifications meet requirements.
Analyzing construction specifications and data and performing mathematical calculations to determine the required materials, equipment, and labor to meet construction targets.
Job requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or Architectural
At least 2 years of working experience in the relevant field
Ability to use MS. Office, especially Ms. Excel
Ability to read Autocad Drawing is essential
Ability to use Autocad Drawing is advantage
Fluent in English is advantage
Possesses good team spirit
