  • Synthesize survey insights with other quantitative and qualitative inputs for a holistic customer view
  • Create executive‑ready deliverables, including presentations, dashboards, and written insights
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Analytics, Data Science, CX, Product, and Strategy teams
  • Ensure data quality, methodological rigor, and compliance with privacy and ethical standards

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Psychology, Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Deep expertise in survey methodology, including questionnaire design, sampling, and experimental approaches
  • Experience applying advanced quantitative techniques (e.g., segmentation, driver analysis, choice modeling) to survey data
  • Hands‑on experience with enterprise survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics or similar tools)
  • Strong ability to translate survey findings into clear, actionable insights for senior, non‑technical audiences
