SMX is seeking a Program Analyst to provide administrative and operations support to the PATRIOT Software Division. This is a hybrid position based in Huntsville, AL. 

In this role, you will serve as a key liaison and coordinator for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) activities in support of the PATRIOT Ground Support Equipment (PGSE) Software (SW) team. You will be responsible for managing FMS-related taskers, foreign disclosure processes, classified/unclassified media handling, and ensuring all deliverables align with U.S. Government (USG) and Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) security protocols.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track all FMS SACO taskers, RFIs, software transfers, foreign disclosure requests, and project deliverables on behalf of the PGSE-SW team.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive tracking spreadsheets and documentation to support PGSE-SW team project deliverables and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Provide weekly status updates on all active PGSE-SW tasks to software leadership and team stakeholders.
  • Administer the preparation and secure transfer of classified and unclassified USG software media and documents in accordance with IFMC and foreign disclosure policies.
  • Prepare foreign disclosure items and supporting documentation, including DA Form 3964, courier memos, and media lists.
  • Draft and format official USG correspondence for foreign partners in compliance with Army Regulation 25-50 and IFMC security standards.
  • Initiate and route required forms (Form 2-8, 2-8a, CUI Foreign Concurrence Forms) to Foreign Disclosure Representatives (FDRs) to ensure proper submission and approval through the Foreign Disclosure Office (FDO).
  • Prepare and assist with the development of PGSE-SW products/documents, briefings, and reports.
  • Collaborate with IFMC Security to verify accurate classification markings on all outgoing documentation and technical data.
  • Coordinate secure delivery of classified and controlled software and documents with Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD), IFMC personnel, and approved couriers.
  • Store and archive FMS program documents in appropriate international filing systems.
  • Attend and support recurring program meetings, partner engagements, and technical reviews; prepare meeting notices, distribute briefing materials, and ensure foreign disclosure release packages are submitted as required.
  • Archive various technical documents including Test Incident Reports (TIRs), Corrective Action Reports (CARs), Software Trouble Reports (STRs), and Data Processing Software Requirements (DPSRs).
  • Support preparation and submission of travel authorizations and vouchers in the Defense Travel System (DTS); manage APACS requests and ensure Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) compliance.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Clearance Required: Secret
  • Bachelors degree and 2 years of experience
    • An Associates with 4 years of expeirence may also be accepted
  • Strong organizational skills and teamwork
  • Ability to focus on multiple lines of effort simultaneously
  • Experience with Foreign Military Sales
  • Experience with security classification and courier requirements
  • Expertise with MS Office suite
  • Strong attention to detail

$73,100$108,000 USD
