Job Summary:**
The quality intern will gain foundational experience in quality control processes within a manufacturing environment, assisting in the implementation and maintenance of quality standards to ensure product excellence.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with the quality team to document and track nonconformities, as well as implement corrective actions.
* Participate in the analysis of quality data and assist in the preparation of reports.
* Learn and apply quality control tools and methodologies, such as FMEA, SPC, and 8D.
* Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
* Support internal and external quality audits.
* Collaborate on maintaining quality management system documentation.
* Perform other tasks assigned to support the quality department.
Job Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field) or a technical degree with relevant experience.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
* Demonstrated desire to learn and develop a career in the field of quality control.
* Internships or experience in relevant projects in the manufacturing sector are a plus.
* Knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) is a plus, though not required.
