ABOUT THE POSITION

Quality Team Lead at BURGA is more than just a title - it’s your opportunity to make a real impact at the core of our production environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring product quality, improving processes, and driving continuous improvement as we scale.
 
Your Role: As a Quality Team Lead at BURGA, you’ll lead daily quality operations and work closely with production teams to ensure consistent standards. From coordinating your team and overseeing inspections to identifying issues and driving corrective actions - you’ll turn quality insights into real improvements and help build a strong, quality-focused culture across the production floor.
 
WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Lead and coordinate daily activities of the quality team (7-9 people) across sorting, incoming inspection, and process control.  
- Monitor product quality during production to ensure compliance with requirements and internal standards. 
- Organize and control incoming material inspections and the handling of non-conforming products.  
- Identify quality issues, analyze root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions.  
- Support production teams in maintaining stable processes and reducing defects, waste, and rework.  
- Ensure quality checks, inspections, and documentation are completed accurately and on time.  
- Track quality results, prepare reports, and communicate key issues to management and production teams. 
- Train and support team members in quality procedures, standards, and best practices.  
- Promote continuous improvement and a strong quality-focused culture on the production floor.
 
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
 
- 3-5 years of experience in printing production, quality control, or a similar manufacturing environment.  
- Strong knowledge of quality control methods, inspection techniques, and production quality standards.  
- Ability to identify defects, analyze root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.  
- Experience in monitoring production quality, incoming inspection, and process control activities.  
- Proven ability to lead, coordinate, and organize the daily work of a small team in a fast-paced environment. 
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to react quickly to quality and workflow issues.  
- Good communication skills to ensure clear instructions and smooth collaboration with production teams. 
- Experience with quality documentation, reporting systems, and performance tracking (MS Office proficiency).  
- Attention to detail combined with the ability to see the bigger picture of production processes.  
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to drive continuous improvement and reduce defects and waste
 
SALARY: 3500 - 4500 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
