Position Overview
H.B. Fuller is seeking a Quality Systems Specialist to ensure compliance with automotive quality standards and customer-specific requirements. This role supports audits, documentation control, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain operational excellence. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and collaborates effectively across teams.
Primary Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and manage portals for scorecards, corrective actions, and compliance reporting.
Prepare and submit Level 3 PPAP packages, including IMDS and capability studies.
Schedule and lead internal audits for ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001.
Coordinate external audits and maintain certification compliance.
Manage QMS/EMS documentation and monitor regulatory updates.
Facilitate management reviews and report quality metrics.
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Assist with calibration, training, and onboarding activities.
Minimum Requirements
3–5 years of quality experience.
Proficiency in ISO standards and Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC).
Skilled in Excel and ERP/QMS systems; basic blueprint reading.
Experience with automotive customer portals and MMOG/LE.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field.
ISO/IATF Internal or Lead Auditor Certification.
Familiarity with inspection instruments and layout processes.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 based on experience.In addition to your salary, H.B.
