The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Quality Production Specialist (Level 3) to join our Quality Assurance/Material Review Board team in North Charleston, SC on 1st shift.
The Quality Production Specialist develops and administers the quality system that ensures and manages the integrity of company products and services. Individuals will perform material review board approval and dispositioning responsibilities. In this role, candidates will be expected to: collaborate and communicate with internal stakeholders, including program executives, track and manage investigations and complete Root Cause Corrective Actions.

Position Responsibilities:
MRBD / QAI 2 and MRSA duties +
Coach QTs on NCR initiation
Lead BPSM/RSPS for CAR corrective action
Lead investigation activities to determine root cause of nonconformance of plans
Report on background form investigations for potential NoEs
Coordinate with Manufacturing Quality, Supplier Quality, and/or Quality Compliance for quality initiatives
Monitoring and reporting of KPIs and other metrics (escapes, defects, CORRS, Comment Collector)
Review and validation of product non-conformances and disposition type, quality procedures and engineering requirements
Supports analysis to identify and evaluate the quality of products, operations and processes.
Ability to apply basic knowledge of aerospace design, systems and integration to perform failure and forensic analysis of aerospace components and systems
Gathers data and provides recommendations/solutions to nonconformance of plans, products or processes
Assists with the development, modification and documentation of actions to assure problem resolution or to implement corrective/preventive action
Assists in obtaining corrective action on nonconforming plans and hardware/processes and submits for review
Supports concurrence and obtains commitments to support program resolution.
Participates and observes the validation associated with corrective action to ensure nonconformance has been eliminated

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
3+ years of experience in a role that required you to analyze and summarize raw data from various sources, and recommend executable action plans
3+ years of experience in Excel (i.e. formulas, pivot tables, linking worksheets)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience
Experience working with (CMES) Common Manufacturing Execution System
Experience in working defect reduction strategies within a cross-functional environment
Experience in performing and coaching root cause analysis and problem solving for all levels of leadership
Experience in Product Data Manager, Computer Aided Process Planning with fabrication detail planning in Assembly Detail Pro
