Our Opportunity:

  • Automation Anywhere is on a journey to unify its management systems—spanning quality, information security, business continuity, and AI governance—into a single, cohesive framework known as the Automation Anywhere Unified Management System (AA-UMS).
    As a Unified Management System Specialist, you will play a central role in running, maintaining, and continuously improving the existing Quality Management System (QMS) while progressively driving its integration with other standards such as ISO 27001 (ISMS), ISO 42001 (AIMS), ISO 22301 (BCMS), HITRUST, HIPAA, and CSA STAR.
    This is a hands-on role ideal for an individual who enjoys operational ownership, structured process management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Location:

  • Preferably Onsite during IST with exception during Audit periods where candidate may need to work across time zones.


Who You’ll Report To:

  • Sr. Technical Program Manager


You Will Make an Impact By Being Responsible For:

  • QMS Operations and Maintenance

    • Manage day-to-day activities of the Quality Management System (QMS).

    • Ensure documents are reviewed, approved, and published as per defined frequency.

    • Track and facilitate closure of all risks, opportunities, corrective actions, and changes.

    • Maintain the master list of controlled documents and ensure alignment across systems.

    • Gather and maintain all QMS records in a timely and auditable manner.

  • Audit and Compliance Coordination

    • Manage internal and external audit schedules to avoid overlap and audit fatigue.

    • Coordinate pre-audit readiness checks and post-audit action follow-ups.

    • Serve as the primary operational contact for customer and certification audits.

    • Collaborate with customer-facing teams to respond to client queries related to certifications and QMS compliance.

  • Governance and Continuous Improvement

    • Organize and host biweekly QMS review meetings and Management Review Meetings (MRM).

    • Record and follow up on meeting actions, metrics, and improvement initiatives.

    • Support process owners in implementing QMS improvements and workflow automations.

  • Transition to Unified Management System (AA-UMS)

    • Contribute to the design and rollout of the Automation Anywhere Unified Management System (AA-UMS).

    • Work towards harmonizing documentation structures and governance workflows across ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, and other frameworks.

    • Support automation initiatives for document management, approval workflows, and audit readiness dashboards.

    • Collaborate across functions to identify integration opportunities across multiple management systems (QMS, ISMS, AIMS, BCMS, etc.).

You Will Be a Great Fit If You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

  • 3–7 years of experience in quality, compliance, or management system operations.

  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001; exposure to other standards (ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 42001, HIPAA, or HITRUST) preferred.

  • Hands-on experience managing document control systems, audit coordination, and process documentation.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in tools such as Confluence, Jira, or equivalent workflow/document management systems.
     

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in ISO 9001 Internal Auditor/Implementor, ISO 27001, or related management system standards.

  • Experience in unifying or integrating multiple management frameworks.

  • Familiarity with automation or digital workflow tools for compliance management
