What You Will Do

Plan and conduct activities related to end-to-end quality assurance of industrial processes, materials, and products by performing the following duties:

How You Will Do It

  • Lead transformation of quality culture and process/product improvements toward Zero Defects, using enhanced pFMEA, Mistake Proofing techniques, and robust Control Plans.

  • Drive operational excellence through data analysis to identify top customer issues and lead cross-functional teams for timely resolution.

  • Reduce Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) via structured root cause problem-solving methods such as 8D and Six Sigma.

  • Develop, improve, and sustain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, including internal/layered process audits and support for external audits.

  • Plan and oversee analysis, inspection, testing, and process controls to ensure factory products/components meet specifications.

  • Lead APQP stage gate quality deliverables for new product/process development and ECN projects, including PPAP.

  • Maintain working knowledge of government and industry quality codes and standards to ensure compliance.

What We Look For

Required:

  • English language proficiency (reading/writing)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing)

  • Minimum 5 years of Quality Engineering experience in an ISO/TS-certified manufacturing environment

  • Six Sigma Black Belt Certification with completed projects

  • Strong background in root cause problem-solving, including 8D, Six Sigma, Mistake Proofing, and SPC tools

  • Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and ability to interpret technical drawings/specifications

  • Prior experience with NPI, APQP, and PPAP

  • Proven track record of driving a culture of quality toward Zero Defects

  • Resilient, process-driven, and skilled in implementing Quality standards and best practices

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree (Engineering, Business, or Quality)

  • ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $86,000-115,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.) This role offers a
