Job Responsibilities

1. Inspection and Testing:

Quality control inspectors examine products or services to identify defects or deviations from specified standards. This can involve visual inspections, measurements using tools like calipers and micrometers, and functional testing. 

Conducts FAI for new product as verification

Can measure dimension using FARO and CMM

2. Documentation and Reporting:

They document inspection results, including defects found, measurements taken, and any corrective actions required. This information is often recorded in reports and databases. 

Conduct Net inspect reports for FAI.

3. Quality Standards Compliance:

A primary responsibility is ensuring that products or services meet the required quality standards, tolerances, and performance criteria. 

4. Line Audits

Performing audits of production processes to identify areas of improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Ability to focus on inspection and testing

2. Good communication skills and collaboration on other teams

3. Keen eye for identifying non- conformance

4. Ability to conduct measurements using different tools.
