EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the team at our Home Office in Columbia, MO for the SPRING of 2026.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist with coordinating project tasks, timelines, and deliverables across teams
  • Track project status updates, action items, and risks/issues; follow up to keep momentum
  • Work in an Agile environment (scrum/sprints, etc.)
  • Support meeting logistics: agendas, notes, decisions, and next steps
  • Help maintain project documentation (plans, requirements, SOPs, change logs)
  • Build and update project dashboards and reporting (Google Sheets, Monday.com, etc.)
  • Communicate updates to stakeholders in a clear, concise way
  • Contribute to process improvements and documentation to help teams scale

About You

You will be expected to work within the hours of Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm.

What You're Working With:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable communicating with teammates and stakeholders (written + verbal)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Sheets/Excel, Docs/Word, Slides/PowerPoint)
  • A “figure it out” mindset with curiosity and coach-ability
