About the Role

As a Quality Engineering at Regrello from Salesforce, you will play a crucial role in maintaining software quality standards across all solutions. By applying your knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes, you will ensure that our technology meets the rigorous demands of industrial environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement quality assurance protocols for our software solutions, focusing on manufacturing and supply chain applications.

  • Collaborate with software development teams to identify potential quality issues in the early stages of product design.

  • Analyze user feedback and production data to detect trends and areas for improvement in application performance.

  • Conduct regular audits of software functionalities to ensure they meet the necessary quality standards.

  • Work closely with manufacturing clients to understand their quality requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.

  • Communicate with stakeholders about quality issues and lead the discussion on solutions and enhancements.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by integrating client feedback and industry best practices into our development process.

What We’re Seeking

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.

  • 2-5 years of experience in quality control in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the specific quality challenges within the supply chain sector.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication skills to articulate complex problems and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • A commitment to continuous learning and adaptation to keep pace with technological advancements in manufacturing.

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
