Job Title: Quality Engineer (Contractual)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality checks on all installations and systems to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.
- Act as Quality In-charge for assigned projects, ensuring adherence to quality processes and documentation.
- Conduct inspections and audits for systems related to CFS (Centralized Facility Systems), CCTV, and IBMS (Integrated Building Management Systems).
- Prepare and maintain quality reports, checklists, and ensure timely closure of non-conformities.
- Coordinate with project teams and vendors to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards during quality inspections.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Educational Background: Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in quality assurance/quality control roles within CFS, CCTV, and IBMS domains.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspection procedures, and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure timely quality deliverables.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Background:
- Candidates with prior experience in building automation systems, security systems, and facility management projects.
- Familiarity with contractual project environments.
