Sujet : Waterfall – Analyse, traitement et tableau de bord

Missions à confier :

• Analyser les données de scrap.
• Définir les critères de tri.
• Développer le PDCA-FTA pour le top 3 du Pareto.
• Mettre en place les actions nécessaires.
• Automatiser le suivi annuel du Waterfall
