Husqvarna Manufacturing is now looking for a Quality Engineer working with both improvement and quality related issues. About the role:
As a Quality Engineer, you will be a part of Husqvarna Manufacturing where you will lead and drive improvement initiatives with a strong focus on lean principles, digitalization, and automation of quality processes. You will be responsible for implementing and developing digital tools for quality control, analysis, and production quality follow-up in a close collaboration with production teams. You will act as a support function when issues arise, guiding improvement efforts and ensuring effective deviation management. By leveraging data collection and methodology, you will play a central role in building both smarter and more efficient processes.
You will analyze data and apply various methods to identify trends and prevent quality deviations, while exploring AI and smart system solutions to support quality control and decision making. Your work will not only address today´s challenges but also shape tomorrow´s quality role - helping define how we work with data-driven decision-making and AI-first solutions in the future.
About you:
We are looking for a person who enjoys working in team. You are result oriented and can easily collaborate with colleagues around our organization. You are an outgoing person that likes to interact with people and have the ability to speak freely with different stakeholders presenting your work in a good and structured way.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You are highly organized and can manage several ongoing projects.
You have a passion and curiosity for quality and have a good insight into what consequences there are when lack of it. Quality is your first priority, and you will work closely with production and be part of several improvement teams together with production managers and technicians.

This position will be placed in Huskvarna, Sweden. We work from the office but with opportunity to some flexibility to promote work life-balance.
