Responsibilities:
- You will support the maintenance and further development of management systems at the Weinheim site, in particular those of IATF 16949, thereby strengthening our expertise in the automotive sector
- You will be part of interdisciplinary project teams, both internally and in customer projects, where you will support and represent quality management
- You will be in close contact with the production department regarding all relevant quality issues in the manufacture of our products
- You will oversee the continuous improvement process (CIP), perform data analyses and then implement the resulting measures
- You will plan, prepare, carry out and monitor internal and external audits in accordance with the applicable standards. This also includes defining and tracking the resulting measures
- You will independently handle the operational complaint management of customers and suppliers
Qualifications:
- You have successfully completed a university degree in science, engineering or textile technology and have at least three years of relevant professional experience in quality assurance/management, ideally with a focus on the automotive industry
- You have in-depth knowledge and experience in the application of relevant quality management tools such as FMEA, 8D, MSA, Ishikawa, as well as the ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and VDA standards
- You have auditor qualifications, preferably according to VDA6.3, VDA 6.5, auditor according to 19011, IATF or comparable, and are Six Sigma or Lean Green Belt and have statistical experience (e.g. Minitab, Q-DAS)
- Confident, communicative and committed personality who works in a goal-oriented and structured manner and brings a high degree of commitment and motivation to the role
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English and can use common MS Office applications purposefully and confidently
