Location: Mississauga, ON, Canada (onsite)
Hourly Pay Range: $22 to $24 per hour
As our next Jr. Engineering Specialist (Co-op), you’ll be at the forefront of supporting product development, process improvement, prototyping, and design activities within our Engineering Department. Your technical aptitude and problem-solving skills will be crucial in driving innovation and ensuring timely delivery of engineering solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Support Program Managers and engineering teams on daily tasks.
Assist with engineering calculations and develop tools for efficient output.
Participate in design, procurement, build, and testing of prototypes.
Conduct root cause analysis of component failures and prepare technical reports.
Provide hands-on support for components and testing activities.
Help develop and deploy test equipment and fixtures.
Collaborate with production operators and technicians to document and improve processes.
What We’re Looking For:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
Mechanical aptitude; mechatronic knowledge is an advantage.
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to read technical drawings.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and willing to engage in hands-on projects.
