Collaborate closely with Operations and various business functions to ensure high-quality products and processes;
Supervise and resolve nonconformities, guide problem-solving, and root cause analysis;
Lead the initiation, management, and support of customer complaints, product holds, and potential product escapes;
Assist in developing and reviewing process and equipment validation and approve them as required;
Track KPIs to monitor process quality, analyze trends, and take corrective action when necessary;
Possess advanced knowledge of risk management practices and tools and identify opportunities and weaknesses for risk management;
Participate in internal and external audits with regulatory representatives and customers, providing clear and concise explanations of areas of expertise;
Train and mentor other team members in quality-related topics and activities.
Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field along with at least 3 years of experience in Quality Area;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, working knowledge of risk-based and statistical techniques, including FMEA, SPC, CP.;
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are a must;
A team player – ability to build a strong relationships through open communication, respect, and trust;
High level of diplomacy and excellent interpersonal skills to help achieve outcomes;
Excellent English language skills, both oral and written, are essential;
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and possess strong PC skills.
Salary from 12 000 to 18 500 PLN gross/month – depending on experience
