About the role:
●The Associate role is in Open Network Digital Commerce (ONDC) segment in the Order
Fulfilment and IGM of Pai Pai Seller app.
●The candidate is expected to monitor orders, coordination with seller, reassigning logistics
and monitor quality and take all required actions to fulfil orders.
●The candidate should monitor the performance of the seller and logistics.
●To create order cancellation reports and RCA.
Expectations/ Requirements:
●The candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success role of Hyperlocal deliveries (food, grocery, pharmacy).
●The candidate should plan and implement improvement for the operational metrics like Fill
Rate, TAT Breach.
●The candidate should work with Product and technical teams to highlight loopholes.
●Own and resolve the process pain points by observing the operations at the ground level,
create corrective course of actions.

●Understanding of Technology and Customer Experience.
●Willingness to experiment and improve continuously.
●Understanding of CRM, Soft Communications and MS Excel skill is required.
