FTE: 1.0, Shift: Days, Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am - 4:30pm

Position Summary

The Quality Auditor is an ideal opportunity at MultiCare, conducting needs assessments and performance improvement activities while ensuring a high level of quality and efficiency. In this role, you will partner with leaders and the training team to achieve increasingly quality personnel performance.

Responsibilities

  • You will provide coaching, feedback and assistance to Access Center representatives based on standardized education, departmental processes, and internal policy and procedures
  • You will monitor and evaluate calls for compliance with rules and regulations
  • You will audit and score calls based on call volumes for customer service, accuracy of information and efficiency
  • You will prepare and analyze internal and external quality reports to make recommendations to leadership

Requirements

  • Two (2) years of college or the equivalent related work experience
  • Minimum one (1) year of call center, quality improvement activities or other related experience
  • Experience with call recording technology or other computer software applications including data entry and retrieval

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $26.30 - $37.84 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
