Quality Assurance Specialist
The Quality Assurance Specialist will actively lead, participate in, and administer the audit and corrective action systems. You will provide primary support to CW-EPD Supplier Quality. You may also occasionally travel to CW-EPD suppliers to perform audits, surveillance, and supplier training on an as-needed basis. Opportunities for growth exist in learning additional responsibilities within Quality Assurance. You will play a key role in the Quality Assurance organization to ensure both customer and company quality requirements are met.
Location: Bethlehem, PA
Salary: $67,400 to $84,000

Your Challenge
Supports planning and maintenance of audit schedule.
Becomes qualified as a lead auditor.
Leads audits (both internal and external).
Trains others on audit system.
Maintains Corrective Action system, ensuring follow-up action and closure is achieved.
Identifies trends in corrective action and nonconformance data.
Identifies potential quality vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement.
Performs supplier surveillance as needed.
Performs supplier training on CW-EPD requirements as needed.
Improves and creates standardized quality processes.
What You Bring
Must be US Citizen.
Degree preferred.
ISO Auditing experience.
Demonstrated strong attention to details.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of ISO9001:2015.
Lead Auditor certification.
Manufacturing environment.
Nuclear Power Industry or Nuclear Navy experience is an asset.
Regulated Industries (e.g., food, aerospace, transportation, biotech).
