What We’re Looking For

You are driven, self-motivated, want to take ownership, and get things done well. You are passionate about mastering your craft. You are a life-long learner, curious, and not afraid to ask questions and challenge others as you do yourself. 

We generally look for the following qualifications:

• A Start-up Mentality: You are pragmatic and focused on delivering value to customers through iteration rather than getting bogged down by process
• AI Proficiency: You leverage AI development tools like Github Copilot and Gemini in a deliberate and effective way, while also understanding their limitations and maintaining accountability for your work
• CI/CD: You have knowledge of continuous integration, deployment, and delivery practices
• Cloud Proficiency: You are familiar with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, and have experience running containerized applications
• Leadership & Ownership: You have a passion for learning and continual improvement, and are comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback to make your work even better
• Quality & Testing: You are committed to code quality and have experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development
• System Design: You have demonstrable experience designing, building, and maintaining reliable, scalable, and highly available systems
• Technical Foundation: You possess a strong understanding of web security principles, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture
