About the Opportunity (Impact Statement)

  • Join a quality engineering team focused on improving delivery confidence through scalable test automation. You will design and implement automated testing solutions to reduce manual effort, increase regression coverage, and accelerate release cycles while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)

  • Design and implement automated test solutions (UI/API/Service) and maintain automated regression suites.
  • Develop test plans, test cases and test reports; execute tests, track defects, and drive issue resolution with development teams.
  • Work across the QA lifecycle: review requirements/user stories, derive test scenarios and acceptance criteria, and ensure appropriate coverage.
  • Integrate automation execution into CI/CD pipelines where applicable, and improve test reliability, maintainability, and reporting.
  • Perform test result analysis, triage failures (environment vs. product defects), and provide clear, actionable feedback to stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve test processes, tooling, and documentation; contribute reusable utilities/framework components.

Requirements & Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science (or similar) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Solid understanding of software testing fundamentals and QA lifecycle, including test planning, design, execution, and defect management.
  • Hands-on experience building or maintaining automation frameworks using at least one mainstream stack (e.g., Selenium, JUnit/TestNG, Cucumber/BDD, or similar).
  • Programming/scripting ability in at least one language (e.g., Java and/or Python) to build reliable automation and test utilities.
  • Experience with API testing and test data preparation; familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL/Oracle) and writing SQL for validation.
  • Familiarity with Git and common build tools; working knowledge of Linux environments.
  • Excellent English ability in both written and spoken.

Preferred / Plus

  • Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter/LoadRunner/Locust) and non-functional testing.
  • Experience with test management/ALM tools and integration (e.g., Jira/Xray or similar) and automation evidence reporting.
  • Experience with cloud testing or infrastructure testing concepts (e.g., Azure/AWS, IaC/Terraform) for platform-oriented QA.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; demonstrated initiative and continuous improvement mindset.
