Who we are looking for

A Software Quality Assurance Engineer to support the delivery of a global FX trading system. This role is responsible for ensuring high product quality through a combination of manual and automated testing within an Agile, distributed global team.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with Procut Owners, Business Analyst and Developers to understand requirements and define test strategies.
  • Design and maintain test plans, test strategies and detailed test cases aligned with business and technical requirements.
  • Execute manual and automated testing across functional, regression, and integration scenarios.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain automation tools and frameworks to improve test coverage, efficiency, and reliability.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, working with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in software development and/or quality assurance.
  • Strong foundation in manual testing methodologies and test design techniques.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language.
  • Solid working knowledge of SQL.
  • Hands‑on experience with test automation frameworks, with a strong understanding of automation principles.
  • Strong English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global team environment.

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience with UI automation tools such as Selenium, Tosca, or UFT.
  • Prior exposure to financial markets or FX trading systems.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English.

 

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
